HOW TO SUCCEED IN VACATION RENTALS
Managing Vacation Rentals is like tending to a vegetable garden and playing a game of championship chess at the same time. It’s a ton of physical and mental work! It’s fast and slow, it’s got all shapes and sizes and it’s colorful and tasty when it bears it’s fruit. This business (when done right) is not something for the faint of heart. BILLY O'SULLIVAN
Co-founder
Recognized around the world for his expertise in vacation rental investments, Billy O'Sullivan is one of our superstars. Billy currently serves as the CEO of Altido, a European based property management firm. He is best known for teaching property management best practices & running the vacation rental division of PMI. Billy has owned property management companies based in Hawaii and Seattle, as well as successful real estate brokerages with Keller Williams. Vacation Rental Fund would not have such an impressive portfolio if Billy hadn’t discovered the great teams that we work with today.
MICHAEL ZUCKERMAN
Co-founder
As our Managing Director, Michael Zuckerman helps keep both our operations, legal, and finances in check. Michael currently serves as the Managing Partner of Access Capital, a real estate private equity firm. Prior to his real estate success, Michael co-founded and served as CEO of ATechs, a successful technology company that offered an online marketplace for newly developed emerging tech and connected high level technology experts with government, financial services, and corporate partners. Michael brings specific skills to the table, and always asks the right questions when evaluating a management team.
